These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, the purchase of re-certified laptops/desktops, and all electronic repair services provided by us. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Electronics Workshop supplies re-certified laptops and desktop computers and provides electronic repair services. All products and services are offered subject to availability and technical feasibility.

2.1 All laptops and desktops sold by us are re-certified, tested, and verified to be in good working condition at the time of sale.

2.2 Re-certified devices may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. Such cosmetic imperfections do not affect performance and are not considered defects.

2.3 Specifications, configurations, and images displayed on the website are provided for general guidance and may vary slightly depending on stock availability.

3.1 Repair services are carried out based on the fault or issue identified at the time of inspection.

3.2 We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, data loss, or hidden issues that were not detectable during initial diagnostics.

3.3 Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting devices for repair. We are not liable for any data loss during servicing.

4.1 All re-certified devices and repair services are covered by a 120-day limited warranty from the date of purchase or service completion.

4.2 The warranty covers technical or manufacturer-related defects that affect the normal operation of the device or repaired component.

4.3 Under this warranty, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defect at no cost, or
• Replace the defective part or device with an equivalent item, or
• Issue a refund where repair or replacement is not feasible.

4.4 The warranty does not cover:

• Physical or accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, electrical surges, fire, etc.)
• Software issues caused by user-installed applications, viruses, or operating system modifications
• Normal wear and tear (including batteries, hinges, keyboards, and cosmetic parts)
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
• Consumables and accessories unless otherwise stated

5.1 Returns are accepted only if a fault is confirmed to be a technical or manufacturer defect and is reported within the 120-day warranty period.

5.2 All return requests are subject to technical inspection and verification by our technicians.

5.3 Devices returned without a verified defect, or found to be fully functional, may be returned to the customer without refund.

5.4 Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Compatibility issues not discussed prior to purchase
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

5.5 Approved returns will be resolved by repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with the warranty policy.

6.1 Any operating system or software provided is installed with a valid license where applicable.

6.2 We are not responsible for third-party software licensing issues or future updates beyond the point of sale.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Electronics Workshop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits arising from the use of our products or services.

8.2 Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or misuse of website content is prohibited.
